The world is your oyster.
That is what Karen says. After all, the war is over, everybody behaves more freely, and women have access to places they could have never imagined. Karen is an artist, and a muse for other artists, both women and men. But her heart is with Art in its many forms, and no, it doesn't fill any void she might have, thank you very much.
She'd rather live on her own with her cats, her art, her fashion, and her perfume, than suffer the tyranny of men ever again.
